David Cornelius is a writer, TV guy, filmmaker, and nerd, not necessarily in that order. He also writes bios in the third person.
He began his writing career in 2000 with the (now mercifully defunct) Amazing Colossal Website, eventually joined the ranks of eFilmCritic and DVD Talk, and was a member of the Online Film Critics Society from 2002 until 2011, when he retired from the film critic business. He still enjoys writing about movies (and other corners of pop culture) from time to time, though, which is why Popcornworld is still around.
He also spends time working in Cincinnati television, which has included (among other things) gigs hosting of Friday Night Fu and writing for Frank Zito’s Night of Frights. In 2010, he founded Argo One Productions, which specializes in microbudget moviemaking. He apologizes in advance for liking Superman III.
